X-VET: Integrated Sustainability Approach for the Effective Navigation of Emerging Critical Transformations (Green & Digital & Economic) – PROJECT n° 2025-1-DE02-KA220-VET-000352279 – aims to equip VET institutions, educators, and learners with structured sustainability and digital learning skills, ensuring alignment with the EU Green and Digital Transition. The project develops innovative training frameworks, a MOOC on Integrated Sustainability, and sustainability-driven hackathons, fostering experiential learning and industry collaboration. It also provides certification and disseminates results to ensure long-term impact, driving sustainable transformation in VET.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

-Empower VET institutions to integrate sustainability strategies into their governance, curricula, and training to ensure long-term impact on institutional policies and practices.
– Equip VET educators with digital and green competencies, enabling them to teach sustainability using interactive methodologies, digital tools, and innovative pedagogical approaches.
– Develop VET learners’ green skills to enhance their employability in sustainability-driven industries, preparing them for emerging green jobs and digitalized work environments.
– Provide a structured learning framework that fosters experiential sustainability education through practical training and real-world applications.
– Bridge the gap between VET education and labor market demands to ensure that VET graduates possess the skills required to support businesses and industries in achieving sustainability goals
